This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
Proficiency in modern programming languages & framework in Unix shell scripting and SQL programming, application development using Java or other program languages, and strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
5 years of related experience or equivalent overall experience typically gained through business rules programming experience
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Excellent influencing/collaboration skills to supporting working with multiple teams across JPMC tech to ensure successful delivery; Excellent problem solving skills, ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations
Strong analytical skills and writing skills, attention to detail to include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications, and experience in issue management and resolution
