Based in Herndon or Alexandra Virginia, Austin, Texas or Seattle, Washington, you will support the US business leadership with providing financial transactional support at the project level. Working as part of a cross-functional team with the ProServe Business Operations Managers, ProServe Accounts Receivables (AR) team, ProServe Billing organization and ProServe Business Stakeholders you will drive mechanism improvements in ProServe Financial Operations, identify and resolve customer issues related to credits and rebills, and communicate and resolve issues related to Past Due balances. Your analysis of data associated with credit and rebills will contribute to the development of our US strategy and drive impact against our Professional Services business objectives. You will recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, analysis, validation, and documentation; and assist with delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Travel will be up to 10%.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting statistical and trend analysis to identify improvement opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions with regards to credits and rebills. Designing and building visualization dashboards in SFDC to accelerate information-to-action such as past due balances and collections dashboard to identify red, amber and path to green projects.
Supporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual planning and execution activities.
Contributing to programs, methodologies, and reports for analyzing and presenting data. Contributing to the writing of narratives around financial operations for internal audiences.
Assisting with tracking and measuring program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
Collaborating with business operations managers, business leaders, AR, and billing teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Collaborating with product management to influence and guide their development roadmaps for SFDC and Tableau.
3+ years working in AR or Financial Operations role.
Experience with Company website inputting, extracting and analyzing data and building dashboards.
Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel skills and functions.
Demonstrated experience generating business reports.
Experience as a project co-ordinator.
Experience presenting business, project and solution topics to audiences of different roles including technical experts, project managers and line of business leaders.
Understanding of the value proposition of the public cloud.
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
