The Business Operations Analyst will be part of the MAPBU Delivery Operations team and will play an active role in driving multiple business projects and strategic initiatives to completion for the Services organization. This role will work with the Delivery Operations, Delivery leadership and cross-functional business partners to drive business value and operational efficiency.
The Business Operations Analyst must also develop strong relationships in order to understand and highlight the challenges experienced across the organization at all levels, especially the Services Leadership team, including Area Leaders, Region Leaders, and Delivery Leads.
Develop critical business insights based on analysis of data and trends
Provide KPI measurements including revenue, opportunity pipeline, backlog, sales bookings, utilization and headcount requirements to support Area Operations and Delivery leader decision making
Prepare, analyze and track project burn down, identify revenue leakage through analysis of time sheets, and work with business leaders to optimize
On-board and manage partners (e.g. tracking SOWs and invoicing, following up time entry into OA, etc)
Develop and maintain key operational dashboards and status reports in partnership with finance, ops and delivery leaders
Drive data quality, process, and automation to improve process efficiencies
Build ad hoc analysis and presentations for senior management
3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance or Analytics and Reporting preferably in a technology company
Experience working under deadlines and multiple projects
Proficient in PowerPoint and building executive level presentations
Excellent communication and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive and able to complete projects independently without a lot of oversight
Flexible, results/action-oriented, ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a high-level of accuracy
Able to research, understand and succinctly explain complex business issues and analyze business impacts
Experience exercising judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential and proprietary information
Experience using SAP, Salesforce and Tableau and able to quickly leverage other internal tools and systems
Experience as a financial analyst in an investment banking program a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance or related field
