Job Title Business Operations Analyst
What does a great Business Analyst do?
As a Business Analyst you would be responsible for daily settlement functions including reconciliations, exception processing, and cash management. You would be tasked with learning many of the processes handled within the team and becoming a leader for resolving out of balances, assisting with critical issues, and driving positive change to the processes and tasks we support.
A great Business Analyst II goes above and beyond the daily requirements; a Business Analyst II is a proactive problem solver, enjoys finding opportunities for improvement to existing processes, working with the appropriate teams to implement solutions, and crafting controls and procedures for new business as needed.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience in a Business, Accounting, or Finance Related Role
Proficient or Advanced with Microsoft Excel & Office Suite
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Ability to work well independently as a leader within a team-oriented environment
Experience with Microsoft Access a plus, but not required
Ability to communicate clearly with teams outside of the department (ex. IT, customer-facing groups, and product) to resolve critical issues or communicate changes as needed
