Develop internal and external marketing plans to optimize Business Conduct and compliance-related communications. Clearly and consistently articulate global compliance messaging across various platforms. Work cross functionally to deliver marketing assets that will help drive traffic to various communications platforms. Work closely with our partners in People team, Marcom, Global Security, and Retail to optimize global communications campaigns. Build and ensure alignment of communications/marketing project plans and timelines. Strive for continuous improvement by meeting with internal partners and teams to assess results and identify how marketing plans can improve. Continually push boundaries, leverage new channels and techniques, and identify effective strategies. Regularly create and update content for internal websites and digital campaigns. Work with our trainers to create and support logistics and communications for live training. Assist with digital media projects and manage asset repository Manage business team collaboration and knowledge management tools (WebEx, Slack, Box, Quip, etc.)
Education & Experience
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
