The Worldwide Operations Human Resources Customer Excellence Solutions team (ACES) is responsible for building scalable solutions for global talent management and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement. We leverage data driven insights to diagnose problems, build new or optimize existing tools and processes (both technology and people driven), and drive implementation to ensure seamless adoption of talent management solutions globally. The approach for the team is founded on enabling Human Resource partners to become: 1) Trusted Advisors for our HR field operations, ensuring they have the skills and capabilities needed to meet the business’s everyday needs; 2) Associate Advocates, delivering fast, fair, high-judgment decisions and equal access to opportunities; 3) Business Leaders, driving efficiency and ensuring solutions implemented have the desired return on investment; and 4) Enablers of the optimal Associate Experience, testing the appropriateness of policies, and driving global parity in Associate experience.

The Worldwide Operations Human Resources Customer Excellence Solutions team (ACES) is looking for a Business Analyst who will have a key role in providing a comprehensive understanding of the process defects in the field and estimate the impact of initiatives the team is driving. In this role, you will extract insights from data and communicate implications and recommendations clearly. You will generate insights, standardize data measurement across different functions within the team, and implement reporting to help guide the teams’ efforts to reshape the experience for thousands of associates WW. You will take a consultative approach to help internal customers achieve their goals, data needs, as well as reporting requirements. You will be responsible for rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and project management skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to influence others, and strong cross-functional leadership.
Core Job Responsibilities
Build a data structure and reporting process through deep dives into various business parameters, which unequivocally establishes truth in data.
Understand the business challenges and identify data-driven business insights with effective presentation of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
Design and conduct rigorous experiments on the effectiveness and efficiency of different initiatives to improve key output metrics and help shape the long-term strategy.
Leverage data to increase the efficiency of our programs working closely with the business teams to drive optimization.
Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business decisions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
Experience with visualizing data with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
MBA or M.S. in a quantitative field such as Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research.
Experience with SQL and experience with ETL processes, knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
Strong data-collection and analysis skills, expert using Excel for data analysis and modeling.
Outstanding communication and writing skills.
Organized and proven project manager, ability to multi-task and keep on track in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Passionate about data, discovering new trends, and driving actions through insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
