What does a Conversion/Business Analyst do?

You will be instrumental in increasing delivery capacity and client satisfaction rates to a consistent ‘A’ grade; You’ll work with the best clients and Associates in the world, owning process improvement and quality initiatives, facilitating teamwork and pride in serving our client as they transition to a Company solution.
You are the kind of person who will:
Understand client business needs, systems and document requirements for changes as requested. Collaborate with Development team, Quality Assurance team and Account Management to deliver the solution.
Translate customer requirements into system solutions, analyze complex customer requirements and collaborate with developers to provide simple and value driven solutions.
Verify changes made to ensure they meet the customer requirements.
Configure changes using tables or web enabled to tools to setup the client’s customization.
Setup and provide training to the customer to use web enabled tools to manage message content, logos etc.
Support changes requested or required by our production floor to ensure production standards are followed.
Provide training to the client before, during and after changes, including the correct use of the Company system and on-line terminal assistance
Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager/project for awareness and/or resolution.
Use limited independent discernment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines.
Solve problems using standard procedures and precedents
Perform other duties as required
Basic qualifications for consideration:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent 7 years of related experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis
Experience in System configuration
Flexibility to work during weekends /and also during the peak times of the year
Client facing skills in IT implementations/ project work
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Good team player
Healthcare/insurance company background is a plus
Less than 5%
