Job Role and Responsibilities:
The Business Transformation and Automation (BTA) team partners with business leaders across all business functions within the Company enterprise. BTA designs and develops future state capabilities and maturity roadmaps aligned to the overall company functional strategy and goals to ensure that all people, process, data insight/information, technology and governance needs are accurately assembled and planned for successful short, medium and long-term execution.
The role of “Intelligent Automation Director” will work with the global RPA CoE and various senior business leaders / functional teams, subject matter experts, Enterprise Data & Analytics team and IT team to implement and drive the “intelligent automation” focus aligned to Company’s operational scale and efficiency objectives. This individual will work with business, technology, data and operations partners to lead the implementation and management of intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, AI/ML, OCR, NLP and other technologies to automate business processes.
Lead initiatives for driving widespread adoption, deployment and maturity of Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the global organization.
Drive the strategy, design, delivery and operations of robotic and intelligent automation solutions by understanding Company’s business challenges and integrating capabilities such as RPA, machine learning, OCR, NLP, and intelligent assistants etc. to create seamless solutions.
Establish technical and business architecture roadmap for Intelligent Automation
Scale processes, operations, measurement and controls for end-to-end lifecycle management of the digital workforce (Robots).
Partner with the BTA leadership team and other delivery teams (e.g., Business Transformation & Automation, Enterprise Data and Analytics, IT etc.) to ensure successful delivery of business solutions designed to deliver on the expected business outcome.
Lead diverse cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where RPA combined with AI/ML, NLP, OCR, and other cognitive solutions can drive significant business benefit
Serve as a thought leader for the Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Cognitive Automation technical domain
Manage compliance impact: IT Security & Risk Management, Legal, SOX, Privacy, Records Management
Accountable for ensuring technology solutions comply with architectural standards
10+ years of professional experience driving process re-engineering, improvement and automation initiatives with demonstrable business results and proven experience in leading teams
Deep understanding of Intelligent Automation domains/RPA, including industry-leading trends and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath etc.) as well as other AI solutions (ML, OCR, NLP, other cognitive solutions etc.)
Experience with technologies in the areas of workflow automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning or cognitive automation.
Strong blend of Business Operations and Technology design and implementation experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent Process Automation Ecosystem
Strong facilitation and influencing skills and experience in managing senior stakeholder (VP level and up) relationships, partnerships and interactions; demonstrated ability to influence at all levels in the organization
Creativity in ideation, approach and adaptability to drive measurable impact
Strong and open communicator using both verbal and written modes – shares ideas and experiences, drives engagement, actively involves people
