As a Sr Brand Manager, you will . . .
As a senior brand manager in Product, you will lead the growth of our product portfolio, identifying consumer opportunities and initiating product development. You will partner cross-functionally on various business imperatives in product to simplify Beverage Operations to improve Partner and Customer experience. You will guide, coach and develop a strong, high performing team.
Leveraging your previous experience, we will enable you to:
Set personal and business goals, develop organizational capability, and model how cross functional groups work together toward a common goal
Create a compelling story for future opportunities, illustrating key business issues, new insights and recommendations
Delivers recommendation that demonstrate cross-functional strategic thinking and drive an initiative to conclusion
Manage, coach, and develop direct reports
We’d love to hear from people with:
10+ years of experience with previous experience in product, or product development
Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences (5+ years)
Flexible and creative thinking skills, with the added ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions and manage uncertainty
Experience collaborating and working effectively across functions. Ability to influence and achieve consensus on goals and objectives.
