As a part of Company’s Financial Solutions business, Company Bank, a division of Company, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
Promotes Company Bank services, recognizes sales opportunities, opens accounts, delivers exceptional client service and makes appropriate introductions to team specialists such as Financial Center Manager, Relationship Manager and other delivery channels such as Mortgage, World Markets, Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Treasury Management, etc. Understands client needs to offer the appropriate financial services and has the skills to work with a wide array of retail or business clients with a focus on acquiring, retaining and deepening client relationships. Serves as Relationship Manager for identified key clients and prospects.
•Promotes Company Bank financial services suitable for the client based on profiling, identifying client’s needs, acting as advocate and partnering with specialists throughout the enterprise.
•Focusing on expanding relationships with all clients with emphasis on the affluent / Infinity base.
•Participates as a key team member by exceeding individual goals and objectives to allow the Financial Center to achieve their business plan.
•Exceeds client expectation by taking ownership and accountability of the client and making the client’s needs a priority.
•Must be able to think strategically regarding technology opportunities and adjust “sales speak” during the client interaction.
•Needs technical skills to be able to use and interact with clients using Smart Phones, IPads and other technology in and outside the Financial Center environment.
•Should display ability to adjust to various sales environments, demonstrations, presentations.
•May need the ability to switch without hesitation from Banking Specialist responsibilities to handle Banking Associate “teller” functions efficiently and effectively.
•May have specific cash vault and/or other FC operational responsibilities.
•Understands competitor products and services and advantages of the Bank’s.
•Seeks out training and coaching to further job excellence

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Must have demonstrated sales skills and be comfortable asking questions, profiling clients, discussing features and benefits of products to the client. Proven sales ability
•Very “goal” oriented from a sales perspective
•Must have exceptional client service skills.
•Demonstrates good judgment and decision making
•Must be strong team player.
•Ability to drive and expand responsibilities
•Maintain a working understanding of, and comply with, bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
•Must have a professional appearance and manner.
•Willingness to pursue internal certifications to further their professional sales and service skills
•High school graduate
•2 years higher education preferred and/or 3 years sales and work experience in a retail or financial institution.
•Cash handling preferred but not required
