Company Quality Evaluations (Company-QE) is looking for employees who want a challenging and rewarding career. Company-QE is seeking a multidisciplinary Lead Auditor. This is a remote position from anywhere in the U.S. with travel up to 80%.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering Company-QE’s audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all Company-QE, scheme and regulatory requirements to assure timely, cost effective service delivery that assures satisfaction of our customer needs. The individual will conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member.
The ideal candidate will have third-party audit experience in:
Responsible for attending any required training and following all procedures/processes/policies within Company-QE for management of clients, management of a home-based office, use of Company-QE equipment and communication both internal and external to the organization.
Responsible for following the training plan developed by the Global Competency Program in order to reach assessor status and then Lead assessor status through the prescribed program.
Working with Client Service Representatives for contacting clients and scheduling the visits in collaboration with Client Service Representatives, planning the assessments, making travel plans, conducting the assessments and reporting and managing the results.
Perform 3rd party Integrated onsite audits for North America customers.
Responsible for leading teams, when necessary, and mentoring and coaching new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet the business needs.
Schedule and plan audit activity with customers.
Interact directly with customers at all levels of management in developing accurate reports regarding the implementation and maintenance of their management system.
Provide timely and accurate reviews of audit results, corrective actions and closures.
Participate in additional training based on future business needs.
Any other assignments as needed to meet assessment delivery business objectives.

We seek someone who meets all of the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering plus 4 years experience in Petroleum and or Chemical Manufacturing industries is required.
Petroleum / Chemical Manufacturing
At least 10 years’ industry work experience in lieu of degree with at least 4 of the 10 years of experience in Petroleum and/or Chemical industry
Current Lead Auditor certification in any combination (minimum EHS) of QMS (9001), EMS (14001), OHSAS (18001) and/or ISO 45001required.
Cross Functional - Looking for an individual that has held several different production roles in an organization including compliance related responsibilities.

Background and experience that would be a plus include:
Successful completion of a 5-day RC14001® / RCMS® : 2019 Lead Assessor Course.
Existing 3rd Party Lead Auditor – SEMS – API RP 75 (COS)
