Engage in the development, maintenance and execution of short-term, mid-term and long-term network strategy.
◦ Lead network planning services vendor and conduct market-specific analyses.
Create and provide tools to Corporate, Region, Field and dealers to evaluate dealer performance.
Serve as the principal for Audi Network Development special projects, particularly in developing and executing future network actions, retail sales models and facilities.

Operationalize network strategy by traveling to Regions, Field and dealers to implement tools, processes, etc.
Provide support in expanding dealership network capacity and in establishing processes so that Network Development is positioned to support future volume objectives.
Devise and carry out comprehensive network strategy
Conduct market representation analysis in conjunction with network planning vendor.
Work with and travel to Regions, Field and dealers to implement / drive network strategy (particularly in concert with the Network Improvement Managers).
◦ Develop and implement comprehensive dealer launch process, to include preparation of all dealer launch materials and manual, dealer onboarding, grand opening, coordination of AoA department and regional activities, and management of any third-party vendors assisting with dealer launch.
Evaluate impact of each network action (including without limitation relocations, open points, buy/sells, executive management changes and DBA changes).
Prepare and present to management monthly, consolidated reporting on the dealer network, dealership performance, and facilities.
Track and follow-up on all required dealer obligations; facility-related or otherwise.
Creation and implementation of dealer performance tools
Implement and maintain a streamlined dealer scorecard for use by the Corporate, Region and Field teams.
Create and provide tools, such as retail sales effectiveness report, to dealers to evaluate their own performance.
