The Associate Promo Producer on Access Hollywood and all Access Branded Shows and Content will support the Promotions department on a day-to-day basis. This individual will report to the Promotion Producer.
Provide support for creation of promotional campaigns for AH and other Access branded content.
Write/produce on-air promotion spots, as needed, with the supervision of the Promo Producer and Sr Executive Producer.
Responsible for acquiring, logging, and researching any materials needed for the promotion department.
Work closely with producers, editorial staff, etc. in edit bays, shoot locations, and in the office to ease and support the workflow for a given project.
Organize and track all folders, notes, files, tapes and materials needed for the various phases for a given project.
Provide overall production support and assistance to creative directions, producers, and project managers for the completion of a promo.
Responsible for labeling, screening, logging and dubbing footage, as assigned.
Responsible for researching images, clips, music and footage as needed for projects.
Create clip reels from materials screened to be brought into edit bays.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in either of the following: English, Communications, Journalism, Publicity or related field
Minimum 3 years of previous experience working in promotions department in an entertainment or news environment

Must have personal vehicle with insurance and driver’s license
Must be willing to work in Company City, CA
