The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Digital Project Manager by assisting in projects such as Ad Campaign, Seasonal Campaigns, Wholesale, and various ad-hoc licensing projects. The Associate Project Manager is also responsible for the day-to-day process associated with executing and approving all creative requests, ensuring that assets are delivered or approved on time, and monitors their use of imagery. These requests include but are not limited to print and digital advertising design, printed collateral, in-store/POS, campaign guidelines, videos, brand brochures, digital banners, emails, and media for our licensed partners.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop timelines and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets.
Kick off jobs between Creative, Fashion Office, and Editorial teams.
Identify potential issues within a project and proactively work with team members to problem solve. Such as due date extension and missing pdp imagery.
Deliver final creative assets to requestors, with the ability to speak to project and creative.
Review deliverables and ensure all assets are included in final delivery.
Organize, attend, and lead kick off and status meetings with key players to ensure that project needs and deadlines are being met, and sends clear and concise recap of next steps.
Acts as primary contact between creative (editorial/art/fashion/studio) and business teams, working with other project managers to coordinate timelines, provide required information/documents, follow-up on outstanding deliverables and ensure flawless, timely execution.
Ensures projects are routed for proper approval and all sign-offs are recorded. Records and saves final creative/deliverables.
Align seasonal timeline key dates with post production, editorial, and art teams to make sure all deliverable dates are confirmed from our partner teams.
Proactively and consistently conceive of, define, and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across the Creative Service Department as well as cross functional teams.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS:
Manage seasonal planning and seasonal outline dates, pdp imagery, and gathering product sku lists from business teams.
Assisting in projects such as, ad and seasonal campaigns, wholesale request, and various ad-hoc licensing projects.
Report points of escalating of issues between requesting departments, Creative Services, and Project Management teams.
Work with Project Manager to build all timelines. Responsible for scheduling and booking all meetings and presentations.
Job Requirements and Skills preferred:
Must have 1-2 years’ experience in creative services/traffic/project management
(agency studio or fashion experience ideal/preferred)
Strong understanding of inner workings of creative design layouts
Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
Must have excellent time management skills
Must have excellent communication skills with good follow-up
Must be able to understand creative layouts and basic design elements.
Must have an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and design components.
Utilizing and understanding various asset delivery systems such as, Box, WeTransfer, and Dropbox.
Project Management software knowledge such as, Wrike, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and Workday preferred.
Basic understand of Microsoft office such word, excel, power point, outlook and windows.
