Janssen Global Services, LLC a company of Company, is recruiting for an Associate Director, New Business Development (NBD) Analytics, Immunology to support the Immunology Therapeutic Area with the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) to be located in Horsham, PA.

Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing secondary data sources, real world evidence platforms and competitive intelligence to inform forecasts and insights in support of support licensing and acquisition decisions for the Immunology TA.
- Projects/efforts involve developing deep competitive intelligence insights, coordinating global forecasting and leading market research.
- Managing primary market research projects as well as the aggregation of multiple data sources into clear, concise customer and market analysis to deliver strong strategic insights and to drive decision making.
- Global forecast development and coordination as aligned to our global processes for new business opportunities.
- Defining and translating key business questions and objectives into innovative, actionable insights and analytics plans; entail data analytics, competitive intelligence and forecasting.
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams as well as other cross-company and cross-functional partners (Finance, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Regional Teams, Global Analytics Hub).
- Lead through complexity, think analytically, prioritize work and allocate resources accordingly.
- Understanding of marketing and science and ensuring compliance policies are followed
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in business analytics, forecasting and/or other commercial analytical areas is required.
- Proficiency with Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS, SPSS, etc.) is required.
- Strong project management skills are required.
- Experience in Competitive Intelligence is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- A solid understanding of the product development process (pre-clinical to launch) is preferred.
- Proficiency in “pulling” and analyzing health insurance claims data (e.g. Optum, Truven) is preferred.
- The ability to be capable of leading cross-functional project teams is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are also critical to this position.
This position is based in Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% global/US travel.
