We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to help build an in-house advertising and communications function for our Xfinity products and services. The in-house agency will be primarily based in New York City. This group will produce creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various on-line and in-house needs. As an Associate Creative Director - Art, you will be responsible for helping lead concept innovation, planning, development and implementation of large-scale creative design projects.
Most Days You:
Collaborate with creative leadership, accounts, production design and project management to manage and lead the development of content and layout for assigned projects
Assist in managing the work of designers and other creatives on projects, as well design deliverables
Create, direct and execute multiple creative projects from inception to completion across mediums platforms and organizations
Edit and adapt concepts incorporating input from stakeholders
Develops concepts to meet clients' long-term objectives
Develop alternative approaches or breakthroughs to design and schedule blocks
Excellent knowledge of design techniques, practices and technologies.
Understanding of how to manage creatives to meet design and business needs
Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design, Art, Design, etc.
6+ years of art direction and management experience in a fast-paced environment
Generally requires 8-11 years related experience
Experience with creative across a variety of disciplines (TV, Digital, Print, Experiential, Branded Content, Social)
