This role is a part of the Client Strategy team within Precision. Precision is a centralized hub within Publicis Media, providing thought leadership and emerging media strategies while enabling access to differentiated technology, data, and inventory solutions for Publicis Media agencies.
The Client Strategy team within Precision acts as a centralized resource providing tactical planning recommendations, detailed margin analysis, media and data strategy, vendor relations, campaign stewardship, and client support.
As a Client Success Associate you will be the key point of contact for ensuring campaigns are performing, pacing, and are running with precision. As a key point of contact for agency teams once a campaign has launched, you will be the “campaign quarterback” – ensuring all parties are aligned and have clear direction on what is required to achieve and outperform campaign benchmarks.
Manage campaign delivery as key liaison between agency teams, client strategists, and preferred partners
Create and present campaign wrap up reports showcasing campaign success, key learnings, and future recommendations
Deliver routine reporting, billing requirements, campaign set up documentation to all appropriate stakeholders
Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with agency counterparts and vendor contacts to receive information about client goals and new product offerings
Act as team lead for campaign success for your dedicated accounts, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve and outperform client goals
Analyze campaign performance and uncover opportunities to drive incremental business results for Publicis clients
Work with Brand Development and Client Strategy to create and successfully execute account plans and go-to-market plans
2-3 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, strategy, or partnerships
Knowledge of digital ecosystem and digital media is a requirement
Knowledge of programmatic is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel quarterly
