Implement communications plans, programs and initiatives

About the role:
In this role you will support the Channel and Change Communications team to drive engagement & loyalty to Company through change & communications initiatives. You will help our people feel valued and connected and ensuring brokers have the tools they need to maintain and grow their business.
You will be responsible for implementing communications plans, programs, initiatives and processes to deliver Broker Partnerships' messages to internal and external audiences via multiple communication channels.
A typical day for me will include:
Support the execution of Communications Strategies
Support the execution of Internal Engagement strategy
Manage deployment of Broker Communications
Manage deployment of Rate Communications
Develop & manage reporting for Communications Channels
Provide BAU Communications Strategy development across all Broker
Manage BU Change Calendars
Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs
Experience in marketing communications, corporate affairs in Financial Services or related industry (eg journalism) with specific experience in intermediary distribution preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
