The Associate Account Manager will be part of the Account Management team, sell Macy’s Private Brands to 3rd party clients and serve as a key merchandising team. He/she will manage all aspects of brand operations and collaborate with manager to drive sales.

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in related area.
3-5 years related business experience.
Must be proficient in PC operation and MS office (Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization.
Ability to multitask.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Manage all aspects of brand operations and collaborate with manager to drive sales for your brand(s).
Establish and develop relationships with clients and product teams to support your business.
Manage all aspects of order placements with buyers, overseas and domestic resources.
Oversee maintenance of the vendor and costing recaps by client.
Be well-versed in business process calendars and ensure Assistants/Analysts are meeting key deadlines.
Oversee preparation of all GBP buy meeting materials.
Actively participate in buy meetings to support clients with building assortments, which align with the strategic direction of our clients .
Analyze in season business for Macy’s and clients to identify missed opportunities for future deliveries.
Support Management in preparation for client strategy meetings.
Work closely with and provide guidance to the Assistant Account Manager and Assistant Account Analyst.
Assist in developing and coaching Assistant Project Managers.
Inspires, motivates, and influences the behavior of others to drive high performance.
Engages team to examine current practices and encourages creative thinking about how things could be more effective and efficient.
