The CitizenNet team is based in Los Angeles. Company’s acquisition in February 2017 of CitizenNet deepens Company’s data science talent and expertise and will be incorporated into Company’s proprietary data product “Company Spire,” to expand the audience targeting and data capabilities of Company beyond the company’s owned and operated properties to social platforms.
We are looking for an Associate Account Director to lead our Live Events team to success. Work with the biggest concert promoters in the world while helping innovate strategies and technology in the quickly evolving social media advertising landscape.
The Associate Account Director is a key part of the CitizenNet team, in charge of building awesome client relationships while overseeing and developing account teams.
Build clients into key partners
Foster and improve relationships with client stakeholders
Manage and develop account resources with a culture first, collaborative mentality
Effectively manage and motivate campaign and account managers across multiple teams
Develop and implement internal processes and strategies that improve work efficiency and client success
Analyze and garner insights from ad performance and CitizenNet audience data to develop new strategies, best practices, recommendations, and more
Prepare and present compelling plans and reports that dictate impact of paid social and strategies to improve results and continuously grow accounts
Provide thought leadership to clients by staying aware of platform updates, news and trends within the social/digital advertising space
Oversee and/or execute high profile campaigns
Effectively handle escalated items from clients with composure
Build relationships with channel partners at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more
Act as a key leader and role model across the company
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in account management
2+ years of paid social experience
Experience Managing direct response campaigns
Experience managing multiple resources
Fluency in digital advertising concepts
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote
B.A, or B.S.
