The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges and exciting pace of a job in the entertainment industry. In this position, you will be supporting the heavy incoming traffic of a producer’s desk. You will be working with writers as a liaison between various studio departments. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, adept at dealing with talent and maintaining relationships/being proactive.
A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.
Primary role is to provide support to show Producer.
Assist in copying and distributing scripts and rundowns.
Answering phones and taking messages.
Conduct online research relevant to sketches and material being written for the show.
Keeping up with changes as scripts are rewritten throughout the week.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.
Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
