This position in the Travel and lifestyle work as key change agents to service the dynamic, ever changing environment of Travel & Lifestyle Services Global Organization.
The successful applicant will manage multiple audit cycles for IAP fare audit simultaneously; ensuring all deliverables are met and product goals are achieved.
The role will involve liaison with both internal and external customers some of which will include Vendors, Airline partners, Operations managers, central compliance team.
This role requires strong influencing skills to steer customers/ business partners towards best in class practices and solutions
The applicant would work closely with Global compliance and TLS markets to meet the requirements for airlines.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Conducting ongoing thorough Fare auditing and analysis of Air inventory across multiple markets, channels and air program.
Sharing feedback of Fare Auditing and Air Inventory with the Global Air Partnerships team
Identifying and resolving any issues that arise within Air product including but not limited to fare filing and inventory management.
The incumbent should be results oriented, demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience under stress with a strong will to win.
This individual must be customer oriented and able to build strong relationships, drive continuous process improvement and demonstrate flexibility while managing multiple priorities.
Critical Factors to Success:
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent knowledge of GDS
Knowledge Of Sabre will be advantage. Exposure to Ticketing, refunds & travel processes. Sound Knowledge Of Fare Calculation End to end Knowledge of travel business will be an added advantage. Effective Communication Skills Result Oriented And Self-motivated. Should be able to work under pressure situation.
5+ Years of Experience of travel domain with deep knowledge of Sabre.
Degree / Graduation in any Discipline.
Knowledge of international fare construction and ATPCO fare construction principles is desirable
Knowledge of Windows programs (specifically Excel and Power Point).
Should be flexible to work in 24*7 environment.
A self-motivated team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to Detail.
