The U.S. Consumer Marketing Services team (“CMS”) leads the marketing strategy and communications on behalf of Company in the U.S. consumer market with a focus on making membership essential to our customers. This includes acquiring new customers and marketing to existing ones.
Within the broader CMS organization, the US Customer Marketing team supports the CMS vision through lifecycle marketing that streamlines the onboarding process, deepens customer engagement, accelerates revenue growth, and retains valuable customers.
The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Customer Growth Direct Marketing, will help lead the charge developing and enhancing marketing strategies that drive incremental spend and lend within our US customer base through email and direct mail channels. Focusing on marketing programs and offers to drive growth, the Analyst/Senior Analyst will work with colleagues both inside and outside the organization to create compelling marketing campaigns, enhance customer targeting strategies, analyze complex campaign performance data, manage large investment allocations, and ensure flawless operational execution.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a high performing candidate who wants to build marketing experience within email and direct mail channels, learn about our core product offerings, and continuously innovate on how we connect with customers.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for performance marketing; be comfortable challenging the status quo with innovative thinking; have experience with analyzing performance data; and be able to collaborate effectively with key partners around the enterprise including Product Management, Risk, Global Advertising and Brand Management, GCO/Compliance, and Enterprise Digital & Analytics.
Partner closely with creative agencies to ideate and develop impactful, compelling marketing creatives
Take ownership of flawless end-to-end campaign execution. This includes defining and managing timelines cross-functionally to ensure that campaigns are set up correctly, deploy on-time and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Analyze and provide commentary on monthly and campaign results to measure against forecast, refine marketing test plans and inform future marketing strategies
Accurately forecast future campaign results leveraging historical data and broader market trends
Identify and design measurable test-and-learn opportunities to ensure that campaigns continuously provide strategy and consumer insights to optimize on
Keep abreast of trends and new developments within the consumer marketing landscape and direct/ indirect competitors

1-2 years of Marketing, Finance or Consulting experience preferred
Experience with email / digital marketing, or e-commerce a plus
Passion for customer-centric experiences and communications
High proficiency in Excel; comfortable managing complex data sets and proven ability to derive insights from it
Innovative, creative thinker and ability to think out side the box
Experience working with and managing vendors such as digital / creative agencies
Strong organizational and project management skills with relentless attention to detail
Adept at building and leveraging relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and commitment to success
Desire to have fun and work on a fast-paced, high performing team
