As a member of the West Division Sales Compensation team, this position is responsible for providing support of the development of incentive program and sales compensation communications that seek to achieve subscriber and revenue goals across all residential sales channels, including Inbound Sales, Retail Sales, Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, Xfinity Communities and more. This person will work cross-functionally with sales channel leaders and provide recommendations on how to increase effectiveness of communication programs. This person will also execute Compensation and Sales Operations communications strategies, campaigns, programs and determine appropriate design, product messaging and reviews final development. This person will also ensure that communication of current initiatives, compensation and incentive campaigns are accurately, timely, and effectively communicated to all appropriate personnel at all levels and departments. Lastly, this person serves as the liaison between Region, Division, and Compensation and Sales Operations personnel to ensure that each group is informed of most recent incentive and compensation programs.

Collaborates with appropriate personnel to execute Sales Compensation and Sales Operations communications strategies.
Consults with Manager regarding strategy, content, design and production of all compensation and incentive materials and ensures accuracy of content before being communicated
Assists with the design of compensation training and communication documents, including training guides, FAQs and policy documents to drive awareness and understanding of compensation plan designs and to influence sales performance improvement
Assists with the management of the West Division Incentive Platform, including the design, tracking, reporting and program management of all West Division incentives.
Manages payout distributions and taxation for incentive programs.
Maintains and improves the filing system for all sales compensation documents on the Sales Compensation share point site.
Manages the Sales Compensation content mySource platform and collaborates with appropriate sales channel leads to help drive adoption of the platform.
Partners with Sales Compensation teams and HQ to ensure all employees are receiving the correct compensation plan documents.

Responsible for administering sales reports and client activity for Product Sales Support team. Provides analytical and statistical support
and prepares standard sales forecasts, budgets, projections, and other management reports.
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Tracking, verifying, and reporting data for the Sales team to support sales initiatives including sales incentives and contests.
Responds to and resolves basic account calls and/or escalates non-technical issues for all accounts to the Product Sales Support
Receives agreements from product sales team and enters the information into databases.
Acts as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT to provide insight-driven and actionable database query requirements.
Maintains current information on Company products, services, equipment, and marketing promotions.
Conducts clerical research which requires an understanding of departmental programs, policies, and procedures.
Researches, processes, and manage customer escalations.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
Must have creativity to develop new ways to increase adoption of mySource platform and help drive awareness of sales compensation changes and incentive programs.
Must be self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
Ability to work with all levels of leadership and frontline employees in the organization.
Needs strong influencing skills and ability to work in matrixed environment. Process improvement experience is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communications skills are necessary to interface effectively with management, co-workers and various other internal and external customers.
