The team provides customers with Company Home phone, local and long distance services, Company Internet, Company Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Company Fibe TV.

The Company Small Business team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Company Home phone, local and long distance services, Company Internet, Company Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Company Fibe TV.
The BRS Channel Compensation Team is responsible for the payment of internal and external commissions for all Company Residential Services, including Fibe TV, internet and home phone. As the Channel Compensation Analyst, the successful candidate will develop and execute compensation strategy, manage the compensation budget, and prime compensation projects for the team. This position reports to the Senior Manager – BRS Channel Compensation.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Act as point of contact for Company Residential Services compensation, provide strategic insights when required
• Build business cases for commission rates for TV, Internet and Home Phone to help drive activations & ARPU for Company
• Presenting business cases to Company executives and external vendors
• Participate in compensation negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders
• Work with various sales teams to align sales strategy with compensation
• Work with Finance team to guide in tracking performance over budget and forecasts
• Assist leader and team specialists with setting fair commissions for various transactions
• Providing valuable feedback on compensation structure, found through audit, to reduce incoming inquiries
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• Ability to use data to guide in strategic decision-making
• Candidate must have experience building business cases and proposing recommendations
• Ability to build effective presentations with PowerPoint
• The individual must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Duties are to be completed in an efficient and professional manner at all times
• Excellent attention to accuracy and detail and ability to interpret legal contracts
• Experience with managing projects
• Organized team-player with ability to work well under time pressure, meet tight deadlines and deal effectively under stress
• Experience dealing with confidential information
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Pro-active with ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
