Agency Manager Compensation Plan
Agency Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 8am- 7pm & other hours as required
Licensing details: We help you obtain your insurance license by guiding you through the licensing process. Managers must be ready and able to pass a min Personal Lines Insurance License in the State of California.
Employment is contingent upon getting the PL license within a 60-day trial period.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive daily sales with Sales Agents
Attend sales trainings as needed
Coordinate Sales Agent activities as needed
Increasing sales for agency of non-standard automobile insurance
Maintain healthy relationships with customers and ensure Complete Customer Satisfaction
Create campaigns for agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciation activities
Ensure Cold Calls are being done on all applications generated from events
Ensure all Renewal Quotes are made and all quotes are followed up.
Ensure the agency is clean and properly stocked with marketing materials and office supplies.
Ensure Grassroots Marketing and distribution of Fliers is done on a daily basis.
Effectively communicate with other Agency Managers, Underwriting Personnel, and other departments.
Ensure that all claim inquiries are directed properly to the Claims Department
Ensure the Picture Report, Inspection Report, and vehicle photos are processed and/or uploaded correctly.
Conduct weekly staff meeting and monthly reviews with Sales Agents
Attend phone conferences and performance reviews with District Managers
Understand the monthly P&L statements
Increase profitability in the agency.
Make daily or nightly deposits.
Participate in daily marketing activities
Promote location, products and services in the field.
Attend weekly and monthly events when required
Monitor supplies for each agency.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.
Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to execute high level sales volume and fee generation.
Demonstrates strong motivation and team building skills.
Ability to teach and coach others to exceed sales goals by mastering sales processes.
Effectively presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
