The Entertainment Technology Center at Company, a think tank and research unit within the Company School of Cinematic Arts, seeks an Administrative Budget Assistant to join its team. The center brings together senior executives, innovators, thought leaders, and catalysts from the media, entertainment, consumer electronics, technology, and services industries along with the academic resources of the Company to explore and to act upon topics and issues related to the creation, archiving, distribution, and consumption of entertainment content. ETC helps drive collaborative projects among its member companies and engages with next generation consumers to understand the impact of emerging technology on all aspects of the media & entertainment industry, especially technology development and implementation, the creative process, business models, and future trends.
The Administrative Budget Assistant, reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, will be responsible for duties such as processing payments, reimbursements, month-end closing processes related to cost allocations for billing purposes; performing associated data entry; maintaining accurate spreadsheets with a breakdown of service charges; providing general administrative duties including but not limited to: scheduling/calendaring calls/meetings, supporting the coordination of events, conferences and seminars, answering telephones, making travel arrangements. Providing secretarial support to the center’s directors, in day-to-day business matters requiring a high level of confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness and follow-through. The job’s varied administrative assignments and tasks involve interactions with executives both internal and external to Company.
The ideal candidate must have excellent skills in communication, organization, time management, with strong attention to detail, interpersonal relations, task prioritization, the ability to work independently as well as being part of the team, demonstrate enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and maintain a solid work ethic with a high degree of accountability.

Minimum Qualifications: 4 years experience
Preferred Qualifications: 5 years experience, Solid experience with Kuali and Concur
Minimum Education: Associate's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Field of Expertise: Secretarial, clerical or administrative experience including some budget, financial or payroll experience.
