The Global Markets Credit Securitized Products (SP) Business Group is composed of business divisions that finance, securitize and trade in the primary and secondary markets, financial instruments collateralized by residential and commercial real estate or consumer receivables backed by real assets.
To provide administrative support to the SP sales team.
Heavy travel: arrange and facilitate extensive domestic, international and multi-destination travel including flights, hotels and car; balancing short notice and complex changes to travel itineraries.
Expense management: extensive preparation and tracking of all expense reports and reimbursements; understand and follow all policies, guidelines and procedures for expense processing.
Phone coverage/messaging: work with coverage team to cover all incoming calls quickly and efficiently; understand the firm’s web and audio conferencing resources.
Maintaining/Updating e-mail, telephone and paper copy distribution lists.
Processing and payment of invoices.
Ordering of supplies.
New hire setups.
You are flexible for overtime and reachable off hours (compensated accordingly with CS overtime policy).
Provide backup support for team administrators to ensure coverage model is maintained for senior staff.
Minimum of 5 years administrative experience within Fixed Income, working with senior employees.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Strong interpersonal skills.
Problem solver who operates both independently and in a team environment well.
Capable of covering multiple senior as well as junior staff (coverage will be approx. 15 – 35 employees at varying levels).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
