Administrative Assistant

Job Details
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and professional support for the mortgage operations department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of the Loan Estimate disclosure.
- Act as back up for assigning new loans and ordering appraisals. Loans must be selected from the shared drive, documents printed, files created and assigned to employees for review and processing.
- Coordinate problem resolution with other departments.
- Interface with both internal and external customers regarding changes in fees and if re-disclosure is necessary.
- Prepare, update, and distribute departmental reports.
- Assist Operations Manager and Team Leaders in administrative functions.
- General clerical duties, as necessary.
Required Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements related to TRID and RESPA fee tolerances and changed circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Frequent communication with both internal and external customers. Should communicate professionally and effectively with others.
- Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent time management skills.
- Intermediate PC skills using Microsoft office applications.
- Encompass experience a plus.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and one year of related administrative experience related to TRID and RESPA fee tolerances.
- Work experience in loan/credit environment preferred.
