The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and organizational support for the Department Leader of Company Capital Assets. Assist in all company marketing efforts and special projects as directed by the Leader. Working directly with and supporting, Traders and Asset Strategies as needed.
Reviews correspondence and receives telephone calls related to the most sensitive and confidential matters and determines appropriate action to be taken.
Assist and provide and prepare monthly and annual audit and certification forms and deliver into Company all required monthly reports as needed.
Provide support and prepare all contractor and travel forms and invoices working with the lead and accounting. Prepare contracts and coordinate travel as well.
Provide all accounting functions for invoices and incoming bills for Capital Assets and work with accounting for treatment. Handle all incoming and outgoing wire requests.
Conducts and/or supervises special projects for department.
Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, facilities, and operations.
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills.
2-4 years experience required
Hours: 7:30 am-5:00 pm
