The London based International Ecommerce Division for Company is looking for an Ad Ops Executive to join the Ad Services team, where they will work across the company’s exciting online portfolio of websites, giving support for International advertising campaigns.
With experience of working in an Ad Operations environment, you will be able to demonstrate previous campaign management success. Highly organised, you have excellent time management and administration skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Responsible for all paid and ticketing campaigns from campaign booking through to invoicing and supporting the Ad Ops Manager and local team in revenue reconciliation.
• Programmatic – work with Ad Ops Manager to ensure day to day relationship, floor rates, PM and any new opportunities are related to local markets with the Sales Director.
• Smooth implementation, trafficking and monitoring of all online advertising campaigns (both internal and 3rd party) across Australia and New Zealand websites, including creative upload, creative testing, troubleshooting and optimisation
• Produce delivery reports to ensure proper tracking and supporting of all campaigns
• Ensuring all campaign goals are met including start and end dates, impressions delivery, and any associated actions
• Working with advertisers, agencies and sales to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with brand specs and where appropriate, IAB guidelines
• Analysing campaign reports and making recommendations of actions to ensure delivery and effectively make decisions on how to optimise campaigns
• Providing campaign progress and monthly billing reports as needed
• Analysing ad inventory forecasts and periodically supplying them to the sales teams
• Work with internal product managers and design teams to aid in the production of new products for our clients
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Proven Experience of working within Ad Operations
• Publisher side experience is preferential though not prerequisite
• Understanding of the Programmatic world
• Have good Knowledge of MS Excel
• Demonstrate of good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
• Experience of working with an Ad Serving platform ( DFP preferred)
• Experience of dealing directly with 3rd party rich media vendors such as Sizmek and Doubleclick
• Experience of using developer tools such as Charles and experience of inspecting elements on pages
• Knowledge of web analytics tools
• Excellent time management skills
