We’re looking for an Ad Operations Coordinator to join Team Company! We are looking for someone who will support the Advertising Operations team in campaign pre-planning, quality control, trafficking, and campaign measurement. Working from one of our offices worldwide, you will report directly to the Manager of Advertising Operations and support the sales process through daily traffic analysis, campaign optimization, and reporting.
What you’ll do:
• Support mobile video and display ad campaigns for Fortune 1000 advertisers
• Verify live campaign statuses, and ensure all targeting and reporting is correct
• Support the Ad Operations team in daily inventory and pacing checks
• Assist with ongoing billing processes and sales figures inquiries
• Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce
• Provide weekend and after-hours on-call support as required for client-related emergencies
What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year of digital advertising / online media work experience or internship experience
• BA/BS Degree from a top-tier university
• Experience with HTTP, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web servers, and other internet/networking-related protocols a plus
• Someone who’s up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
• A basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
• Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly
• Someone who can quickly build rapport and professional relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A detail-oriented quick learner who has excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Comfort working with and analyzing large data sets
• A team player with high-energy and drive
• Ability to thrive in a face-paced, deadline driven environment that supports a rapidly evolving sales marketplace
• Someone with an eye for details, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
