IAA is seeking an Account Manager. This person will be the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for working with providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics to providers, monitoring timeline levels for dedicated providers, and giving oversight in markets where new business is piloted. The Account Manager will also interact with branch staff members along with providers and their customers.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Single point of operational contact for one or more providers
Operational liaison between provider(s) and IAA branch staff
Works with provider(s) on all elements of vehicle life cycle, including vehicle release, check-in, title, and auction issues/opportunities
Proactively identify areas for improvement (provider and IAA’s side), including cycle time & returns
Implementation and oversight of new services or geographic markets
Coordination and problem-solving for provider issues
Key distributor of reporting on performance to provider(s)
Pick-up performance results
Buy Now, timed auctions, automated minimum bid, and other services
Monitor provider timeline levels for dedicated provider(s), spot checking photos/viewing images and making enhancement suggestions
Assist provider(s) in setting realistic minimum bids/managing their expectation on returns
Regularly meeting in person at IAA and the customer’s facilities
Conduct and monitor yard audits.
Participate in regular meetings with provider(s) and IAA operations to review pending issues/opportunities.
Communication of any regulatory or procedural changes that will impact the provider(s)
Assist with training IAA personnel on provider(s) requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal skills
Three to five years of automotive industry experience required
Must be able to travel 40% of the time
