The Company Residential Services team is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Company Home phone, local and long distance services, Company Internet, Company Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Company Fibe TV.

The MDU Partnership team supports this significant fibre optic footprint expansion to bring the fastest Internet speeds and Fibe TV to consumers. We are looking for individuals who are business savvy, customer oriented and self motivated. Company Residential Services is presently recruiting for the position of ‘Account Executive, MDU Partnerships’. The candidate will be responsible for negotiating agreements in order to upgrade residential buildings with Company fibre optics, securing marketing rights to execute sales events and identifying partnership opportunities to acquire new customers.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Negotiate Company Access and Marketing agreements with condo boards and property management companies within assigned territories in order to exceed sales target
• Conduct formal and informal presentations to condo residents, board directors, senior managers and industry executive
• Manage the end-to-end building upgrade process with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and develop long-standing partnerships
• Identify, negotiate and execute sales strategies and tactics in order to acquire new Company residential customers
• Liaise with Company legal team and client solicitors to establish mutual ground during complex negotiations
• Additional responsibilities as required
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Sales
• Post-secondary Business degree is preferred
• Sales and account management acumen - prospecting, cold calling, funnel management and relationship development
• Experience with complex contract negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident presentation style with ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills – team player who enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Exceptional time management and organization with analytical mindset
• Knowledge of Company and competitive landscape in the residential market
• Comfortable with Microsoft suite of products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• Valid Driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
• Primary residence in GTA - based out of North York office with regular client meetings
• Schedule flexibility – occasional attendance at evening condo board meetings
• Experience in the residential condo or rental market is an asset
• Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not required
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
