Our Company Tow Truck Operators are dedicated drivers who:
Provide exceptional customer service to our Members in need of emergency mechanical help including jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, towing and other services.
Make sound decisions concerning the prioritization of service (e.g., safety concern, weather, traffic) and policy exceptions (e.g., member not with vehicle, use of agent). Look for ways to accommodate members in all situations.
Ensure quality and high performance standards are achieved
Total Rewards Package includes:
A competitive salary of $ 15.00 to $17.00/hour, depending on experience, including eligibility for an individual incentive plan Over 3 weeks of Paid Time Off may be accrued during the first year of employment

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and trucks with automatic and manual transmissions.
Three (3) years’ experience in an automotive/mechanical environment.
Ability to pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation and must obtain and maintain the certificate for the duration of employment in the position.
Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.
Weekend & Holiday hours may be required – Schedules and shifts vary as we are open 24 hours 7 days a week.

A $1,000 signing bonus may be awarded to the fleet Associate working in Hamilton, NJ. $500 will be awarded following six successful months of
employment and the following $500.00 will be awarded following nine months of successful employment. Company reserves the right to determine whether the signing bonus will be paid. This offer expires April 30, 2018.
