Job Title: Accounts Payable Trade Supervisor
Do you love music and have a passion for Accounts Payable? The A/P Trade Supervisor will be responsible for payment processing for Key Accounts, team training and projects as assigned.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Process invoices/Virtual inventory
Management of staff including training, professional development, and performance reviews.
Month-end duties, reconciling and paying significant vendors
Systems and procedural training -- documentation
Additional duties as assigned.
To join our band you'll need the following experience:
Bachelor's Degree, preferable in Finance/Accounting
5 years of Accounts Payable experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
Skilled understanding of basic accounting principles
Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
