What to Expect:
The HR Development Program’s Mission is to create a deep pipeline of high performing Human Resources Business Partners with the capacity to develop into future leaders. HRDPs will provide HR Business Partner support to salaried and/or hourly employees through effective delivery of HR practices, leadership, and communication. Company’s 24-month HR Development Program will include two rotations, providing you with exposure to both corporate headquarter and field based environments. Your first rotation will span 6 months and will be based at one of our U.S. Headquarter locations. Your second rotation will span 18 months and will be located in one of one of our factory, distribution center, or field sales locations.
Throughout the HR Development Program, you will operate as a true HR Business Partner. As an HRDP, you will apply your HR skills to solve real world business problems and will make a vital impact on the businesses that produce and distribute some of the most iconic products on earth. You will drive a number of key HR practices including employee development, employee relations/labor relations, policy/contract interpretation, compensation administration, recruitment, and legal compliance. While our HRDPs are given a significant amount of responsibility, they are also armed with a dynamic support system. These support resources include highly capable direct report managers, a Senior HR mentor, and a peer ambassador. This 24-month program incorporates structured rotational learning experiences that will provide you with a robust, diversified skillset upon program graduation.

Promote employee engagement by driving a positive and collaborative culture & helping foster a working environment that is open, empowering, fair and equitable.
Execute strategic work across a number of key HR disciplines including recruitment, compensation, talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational development and change management.
Develop and execute people processes that attract, train, and retain employees to support the organization's short and long term business needs.
Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on people management and development issues.
Cultivate robust relationships with (and between) business partners, employee client groups and union management (where applicable).
Garner a strong understanding of the business priorities and key performance indicators within the business function and work location you are assigned to.
Flawless execution of performance management, employee communications, and employee relations processes
Support Company in its continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive the Nutrition, Health and Wellness initiatives in your location.
Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2019.
Preferred majors include but are not limited to: Business, HR, or related field.
3.0 cumulative GPA or above.
Available to start the program June 2019.
Willing to relocate throughout career, as required.
Willing to travel on the job as required.
Willingness to support off shift coverage and work extended hours as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook and Access). Preferred experience with an HRIS system (such as PeopleSoft or SAP).
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Must be able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization.
Must possess good presentation and training skills.
