The Consumer Banking Analyst Program provides analysts with challenges and unique learning opportunities, designed to enhance the skills necessary to be an effective leader. The Company Consumer Analyst Program is a 12-month program comprised of four rotations designed to showcase different businesses within the organization. All rotational opportunities are located Mount Laurel, NJ.
Potential rotations include:
1. Products – The Products team is focused on developing products & services that best meet our customers' needs, such as checking/savings accounts, debit cards & person-to-person payments. The Products team researches competitors (traditional & emerging), compares product offerings, researches new capabilities & evaluates vendors who can provide those capabilities and ultimately launches new products & monitors performance.
2. Digital Channel – The Digital Channel is one of our key distribution channels, which has a global mandate and an enterprise-wide strategy across Company Group. The aim of the channel is to deliver an exceptional, seamless and effortless experience for Customers, who manage their finances and banking needs. The Digital Channel is accountable for the Online/mobile strategy, Customer experience and distribution of products and services across businesses.
3. Phone Channel – The Phone Channel is our distribution channel known for excellent customer service, large call volumes and collaborating with large teams. Analysts will not only experience what it is like to work in a phone channel but will also be involved in managing projects that optimize the channel & the work that it does, including data analytics, creating business cases & presenting findings.
4. Regional Retail Banking – Our retail stores are the face of our brand; providing legendary customer experience to new & existing customers every day. Our stores operate on a 7-day a week convenience model to provide solutions to meet customers' financial priorities. Analysts will be exposed to bank operations, sales, leading a high impact team/coaching and growing & developing business outside of the store.

-Interacts directly with senior executives
-Gains hands-on experience in key business lines
-Participates in business opportunities to enhance development
-Participates in formalized training and development programs in order to successfully complete the program
-Receives exposure to one or more of the following business areas: US Retail Products, Digital Channels, Direct Channels, Retail Stores,
Distribution Strategy & Operations, Service Strategy and Marketing
-Participates in specialized projects that help influence the organization
