Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
The Account Executive is responsible for the management and performance of NARS business in their assigned territory doors.
The Account Executive is accountable for achieving company objectives relating to retail and net sales productivity, inventory management, marketing program execution, budget/resource control and profitability.
The purpose of the Account Executive role is to sell the brand to a client group of retail customers, selling staff and retailers; and to provide support and service by extending partnership, presenting solutions and responding to their needs.
The primary objective is to drive sales and move business forward in line with organizational goals.
To produce the following results: Meet sales plan and all KPI objectives, process returns monthly,
calculate and distribute seasonal and monthly goals to the territory, spend within allocated budget,
ensure consistency of NARS image and uphold counter appearance to schematic standards, maintain proper store coverage,
oversee and facilitate the training of all staff in the territory, increase market share in territory, andwith retailer to maximize sell-in and business opportunities.
Serve the client group by: Epitomizing NARS standards by working in store with staff to set the appropriate example,
acting as liaison with sales by keeping lines of communication open within the territory,
and responding to and satisfying the needs and requests of the sales client group quickly, professionally and efficiently
Promote the company in the following ways: ashere to company protocols and uphold image standards,
plan seasonal calendars and promotional activity for the territory, meet with retailers on a regular basis, implement corporate marketing guidelines,
present NARS in a positive light and promote at every opportunity, and wear Nars products exclusively.
Qualifications:
3 years of retail management experience
5 years beauty industry experience
Artistry background
Successful, equivalent experience in sales with competitive company, retailer.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Proven record of achieving retail sales budget
Track and control budget expenditures
Timely reporting and staying within T&E budgets
