  • Experience working in industrial facilities operating under OSHA process safety management standards
  • Lead electrical maintenance program in assigned geographic area
  • Supervise company staff and manage contractors in achieving company goals
  • Coordinate work with other groups and set priorities to maximize overall team effectiveness
  • Set and live high standards for quality of work, safe work practices, environmental stewardship, and personal integrity
  • Lead team in complying with appropriate regulatory and Anadarko standards
  • Plan and execute small electrical construction projects
  • Advise Construction staff regarding construction and commissioning of electrical equipment in assigned geographic area
  • Participate in corporate electrical standardization efforts
  • Liaise with engineering as appropriate to optimize electrical equipment reliability and utilization for maximum company benefit
  • Continually self-educate and maintain familiarity with daily operations and associated hazards
  • Maintain effective communication with other personnel, vendors, and contractors to ensure job performance aligns with identified objectives/goals
